1. Using the Platform

HelpMEConstruct connects clients with independent workers and material suppliers. We are a marketplace, not an employer of workers or an owner of shops. Each party is responsible for the accuracy of their own listings, bids, and quotes.

2. Payments

Project payments happen directly between the client and the hired worker or supplier, off-platform. HelpMEConstruct does not hold funds in escrow; both parties are encouraged to agree on payment milestones before work begins.

3. Verification

A verified badge indicates a user has completed our identity or business verification steps. It does not constitute a guarantee of work quality, and clients should still review portfolios, ratings, and past reviews before hiring.

4. Conduct & Disputes

Users are expected to communicate professionally and honor agreed terms. Disputes between clients, workers, or suppliers should first be raised through in-app messaging; unresolved issues can be escalated to our support team for review.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the platform evolves. Continued use of HelpMEConstruct after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
