Who runs HelpMEConstruct?
HelpMEConstruct is built and operated as a construction marketplace connecting property owners with independent tradespeople and material suppliers. We’re a platform, not a construction company, every job is carried out by the worker or supplier you hire directly.
Is HelpMEConstruct free to use?
Yes. Posting a job and receiving bids is currently free for clients, and workers and suppliers can browse and bid on jobs for free as well. No credit card is required.
How do you verify workers and suppliers?
Workers and material suppliers submit government ID or business registration documents, which our team reviews before granting a verified badge. Verification confirms identity, not work quality, we still recommend checking ratings and past reviews before hiring.
Do you handle payments?
No, project payments happen directly between you and the worker or supplier you hire, off-platform. HelpMEConstruct doesn't process card or money payments; it only helps you keep a record of agreed amounts, milestones and payments marked as sent. We never hold or move your money.
What if something goes wrong on a job?
Start with in-app messaging to resolve it directly with the other party, most issues are miscommunication, not bad faith. If that doesn’t work, our support team can review the case; you can also report a user directly from their profile.
Which countries do you operate in?
HelpMEConstruct supports on-site trades locally wherever a client posts a job, and remote design/engineering work globally with no location restriction. Coverage grows as more workers and clients join from new areas.
